We are excited to be taking clients as of June 1st and although services may look and feel slightly different, you can rest assured our team of artists will keep you safe while they bring you back to your pre-covid self. Our team will be returning to work fully trained on our new and even more stringent policies and procedures for hygiene and infection control
Here are some of the policies and procedures you may notice in the salon:
We ask you to wait outside with your mask on for your artist to invite you in.
When possible, we will invoice you prior to your appointment for prepayment.
In order to provide the safest experience for our guests and artists, our eco fee has been increase to $12 per service until further notice. This increase pays for ppe and additional sanitation equipment; as well as offsets the cost of the 30 minutes sanitation gaps between each client.
Prior to entering the salon, artists will ask their guests a few screening questions, go over the policies and provide guests with hand sanitizer.
We ask that clients do not touch retail items, our team is happy to assist you in safely purchasing retail.
Bathrooms and shared spaces will be sanitized after every use.
We have made the temporary move to single use items, such as chair covers, bed liners, capes, etc.
Our snack and beverage bar has been closed and we ask that you do not consume food or beverages in the salon. For longer services, snacks and or beverages may to remain in your bag and you are invited to consume it outside in the seating provided, or in your car.
As our stations are all distant enough, we have not been required to limit our staff or guests, but we ask that you come to your appointment alone and remain seated at your station until your service is complete. For longer services, you are able to step outside or use the washroom keeping in mind distance from other guests and artists.
